Hi guys... I am building a bigger unit for this family so they have asked me to put this one forsale...
My wife and I purchased the 2019 Summit Series from Mark last summer, and had one of
the most amazing adventure filled summers of our lives. We’ve owned similar ‘tear drop’
style trailers in the past w/ a roof top tent, but I became frustrated with having to sleep
separately from my wife and two kids. Not to mention the roof top tent took me away from
the heated luxury of the trailer interior on those cold mountain nights! This trailer provides all
the basic luxuries (on demand hot water, shower, running water sink, 30-gallon fresh water
storage, dual burner stove, heater, insulated walls, KIDS BUNK, 2000W inverter, dual 12V
batteries, ample storage, propane mount, and much much more!) to give your family the
ultimate camping experience. On those rainy days there is a drop down table inside which
converts to a bed in the evenings.
The unit fits in our single car garage and provides us with the ability to hitch up and go
camping immediately after work on Friday. The is approximately 3,500 lbs GVWR and a crb
weight of 2,250 lbs, which means most mid-sized SUV’s can easily haul this trailer. One of
the unique items this trail offers, is that is fully insulated with a propane furnace! This means
your camping season has just been extended to 4 seasons!
This unit is specifically designed for travelers with young kids. When the trailer is ‘popped’
there is two retractable panels with room for two kids to sleep. I have a 4-year-old and a 2-
year-old and they absolutely loved sleeping up top. We were able to sneak in 50 nights with
this unit and have no complaints. When the top is popper there is roof to stand up to 6’3”
which, in my opinion, is a massive advantage over traditional tear drop trailers.
We are selling this trailer to be the first to purchase Mission Overland’s larger unit for some
additional space for our two pets and some of the newer features they are offering. If you
are wondering what “Kiwetinok” means, it is Cree for “On the North side”.
