Congratulations on the truck purchase. When you say you want to build a tiny house on the back, I'm assuming something along the theme shown in the following YouTube video.

Have you considered starting with a truck cargo body and modify it to suit your needs?
Morgan makes some here in the USA. These bodies are very stout. There's a whole service industry built around their manufacture, service and repair. You can download a Parts Manual in PDF on their cargo bodies. It should give you some idea on the framing they use. You might be able to source a basic frame build from them. They do have a set of engineers that should be able to answer any questions you might have.
