Has anyone else used them?

I haven't had any work done by TurboGlide, but I did speak with them a couple of times a few years back when I was looking at getting a Coaster and they seemed pretty switched on.

Yes, when I spoke to John he sounded like he had a lot of experience and knowledge.

Had those same syncro problems on mine. Honed my double clutching skills for a few years then tired of it. Had the tranny rebuilt at the Fuso dealer in Longmont, CO. Been fine so far. I think it was around $3k (I may have listed the exact price in a thread here somewhere) which included a new clutch.

I'm in the same situation here. I imagine I will put up with it for as long as possible. I'm getting a lot better at double clutching, so at least I'm learning a new skill.
