Due to 12-18 inches of snow Canyonlands was basically shut down. In order to atleast 4 wheel in the 4 wheeling Meca of the world, we had to find some dirt we could access.
So after much debate, we decided to check out Bull Canyon. We had spent the first part of the day driving our to Canyonlands in hope of running Elephant Hill. Unfortunately it was closed.
We checked out Newspaper Rock! Pretty cool

After that we Headed back to Moab and filled up at Maverick. After paging through the Moab Trails book and taking into consideration the insane snow fall. We decided a more moderate trail would probably be good. We didn't have a lot of time left before we needed to head back home.
I've never really heard anything about Bull Canyon, its off the Gemini Bridges Trail. So we decided to give it a go.
I did not have to put my Range Rover into low range. It was pretty easy even though the book called it Moderate. Nothing a stock SUV couldn't handle.
