Posted up for a friend. 97 H-1 Hummer. 6.5 turbo diesel, 11 total inches of lift, tons of custom fab work and parts into this H1. More than $100,000 dumped into this rig. This thing even has coilovers up front on 49 inch military tires.

Is that thing still A-ARM? 11" is a ton of lift. Is it re-geared for the 49's? What's been done to the motor?

I kinda like this one from Iceland on 44's - looks more useable as a 4x4 (vs as a show truck and sand dune jumper)

Looks like that truck has a J-Fab lift. Tires that big make it a halfshaft breaking machine! I second making sure there have been some gear changing, as well as upgrading to the 12k halfshafts and perhaps some engine hot-rodding. I have seen and wheeled with some of these super lifted hummers on mondo tires...sad to see them still running stock 10.3k halfshafts/balljoints/tie-rods/steering gears/etc with 200+ lb tires. More of a show truck than a wheeler imho (not saying it isn't nice, just not my cup o tea).

It is a J fab lift. It also has a 3 inch body lift on top of that. It has been modified a little and is running an aftermarket coilover for better flex. It does not rub when flexing. It has high angle ball joints, an aluminum radiator with 3 fans from Ron Davis. The only engine mods are a cool head kit to retain reliability.

It also has a HID headlight conversion, all of the lettering is vinyl or magnets, that will come off easily. Troy

I'd swap out that Ron Davis radiator ASAP. I have had three and they've ALL leaked. POS's in my opinion... Terrible customer service too.
