The site is Monroe School. It was a segregated school for African American students.

I thought this was one of the most fascinating pieces on display.
It's one of the original dolls used to research the effects of segregation on African American children. I recall watching the scene about it years ago in the movie, Separate But Equal. That's about all there is to tell about it. It's a worthwhile stop, about three minutes away from I-70 if you find yourself in the area.
