Santa came a bit early this year. My son called me at work to tell me FedEx just dropped off some parts. Off tomorrow, so I'll install the parts and throw up some pics!

Scored a jaos (copy) rear ladder and some 2" toyota seqoia spring spacers!:wings:

Speaking of projects.... Back when I got my truck, I took it in to change all the fluids ect. The guy at the shop broke 3 out of 4 of my skid plate bolts while trying to remove it for service. I can't get any shop to try to get the broken bolts out. They all say the same thing, they don't want to be responsible if the holes end up too damaged to use...:mad:Well, they arn't being used now, are they...
Anyway I was going to try and do this myself using a bolt extractor kit. Any tips, advice ar suggestions? I got all new hardware from the dealer.

Just take your time. They can be a booger to get out even with the proper equipment. Also, be sure to use some PB Blaster.

I may have to get me that ladder, but I'm going to paint it black.

Scrubber3,

I had thought of powder coating the ladder black, too, LOL!

Google worked fine. I mean I HAVE some liquid wrench in my garage, will work similarly to PB Blaster. Its late and grammar is fading.

So this afternoon (translation: ALL DAY) I got the rear spacers installed. What a pain. I also removed the rear sway bar with out cutting it in half. That seemed too hamfisted. Who knows, I may want to put it back on someday.

Looks a whole lot better! What size tires are those? I actually decided to have my rear anti-sway bar as to not put too much strain on the control arms during articulation. Figured the air locker would make up for any lack of contact to the ground. Just be sure to keep an eye on them. It looks really good!

Tires are 32x11.5x15 on stock wheels that I rattle caned semi-gloss black. BFG mud terrain. Craigslist specials 5 for $500...installed.

Saving up holiday and comp time at work. Cash out is in April. Saving up for some 33x10.5 km2's!

I didn't destroy the sway bar with the notion that I could always put it back on.
