mounting a propane tank, who did it?

I did mount a small horizontal tank under a 97 e350 a few years ago. It was a royal PITA! The hangers got bolted up to the frame first and it took some thinking to make it come together. The front required a piece of angle to span across from the frame and a body stiffener. I also had to do some cutting on the body to clear the valves and fill connections. Good luck!
On our last big trip I saw a really nice SMB that had a horizontal tank like the one you pictured on the drivers side frame with an access door on the lower rocker area of the body. It was a really nice set up, 110v plug was also behind the same access door. Much later down the road I'd like to do something like that.
In the mean time.....my current solution. It works. I've had it back there for about a year now, and was insanely cheaper that a horizontal tank.
