Tow hooks still usable? Could we get a closer picture of how it mounts? Please and thank you

I'm sorry, that truck is long gone. This is the best I can do.
I did not have to remove the tow hooks/loops.

I like the look of this setup. I'll have to reach out and see about hetting dimensions for them just to verify that they'll fit
