Move over Ducati: BMW S 1000 RR

I put about 65,000 hard miles on R1150GS's and I had two flats, a cracked valve cover (crash) and a blown (aftermarket) relay. Yep... that's it. They are heavy, but solid and reliable IMO.

Andy Sills borrowed a completely stock S1000RR from BMW of San Diego, took it to Bonneville, and set a new land speed record for production 1000 cc motorcycles: 196 mph.
