Moving windshield washer resevoir T100s

What is the best way to relocate the washer resevoir on my 97' T100? It hangs way low in-front of pass front tire. I built a new front bumper (see in my other thread) and I also built a box that covers the resevoir so it is not exposed but it hangs really low and exposed.

Any suggestions or advice appreciated. But I do not want to simply remove it leaving me with no washers.
