I have two of these and I really only see the need to have one so I am selling one of my MSR Miox purifiers.

It is an extremely compact water purification system. Very easy way to treat small or large quantities of water to insure it safe to drink. The greatest part of this system is it simply uses salt to purify your water. No more pumping, no more chemicals, no more funny tastes from chemicals. It is as easy as pouring a tiny bit of water in here, pushing a button, shaking it a bit then dumping it into the water. No moving parts to replace, no seals to replace, etc. Just some lithium batteries that have an outrageous lifespan and some salt. These work in hot and cold weather, they are durable and proven to the point the military issued them.

No salty taste, tastes like city water really. The longer it sits the less you taste it. In all reality this is basically a small version of how a lot of cities treat their water. It uses the water, salt, and electrolysis to make an oxidized solution. It will kill off all bacteria, cysts, protozoa, and viruses. Filters do nothing for the viruses

Just batteries and salt. You will need to get some batteries and salt but both are cheap. I use rechargeable batteries which is why it wont come with any. Rock salt is the salt you will want to use but table salt works too. Rock salt just lasts longer. It will treat 1/2L, 1L, 2L, 4L. You can make double strength solutions if you think you need it for your water. Make a few solutions to treat large volumes of water like 5 gallon containers of water need (5) 4L treatments and you have 5 gallons of purified water.
