Thanks gang! I'll try those contacts. If they are just way over the moon expensive then I'll go the diy route. I've already got my taco steely's, so I may shoe them with 235/85's and go flare less. The rhino liner solution in some respects is growing on me, but I may just fork over huge some to the body shop.

Thank you again for the info on he flaps!

I dug up all the numbers a few years ago. 91-92, flares were an option. I had numbers for front, non running board, and rears. At the time, I had my parts contact cross check my research and check availability and we could only get 3 of them. I seem to think that one of the rears were unobtainable. They also weren't cheap. IIRC, ~$450 for all 4. I ended up getting some old school "4x4" generic ones that I still haven't installed.

Mud flaps for FLARE-LESS 91-92 80 series.

After looking at my notes, it was around $230 for all four a few years ago and it wasn't that they were discontinued, it was that only 3 positions were in the US at the time and I didn't want to wait for the last one to come from Japan. I'd be curious to see if you can still get these as those trucks are 20+ years old. Check with your dealer and let us know.
