Mud TIRES: BFGoodrich KM2, Goodyear MTR Kevlar, or Swamper SSR

I've had both the KM2's and the MTR Kevlars, both are great tires. Both performed equally as well on road as off. Can't really say I have any complaints on either. My experience with Interco's is they take a lot of weight to balance, get soft spots if left parked for a little while, and have thinner sidewalls than the others.

did you really just say that Interco tires have thinner sidewalls than others.....

I have all 3 on different vehicles. Listed in order...

04 Jeep Wrangler Goodyear MTR Kevlar-Great in the rain, great in mud and rocks

01 F250 BFG M/T- Great in the rain, great in mud and rocks

05 Jeep Wrangler Swamper Trexus M/T- better in rain, great on rocks, fair in mud

04 Jeep Wrangler Swampers-Fair in the rain, great in mud and rocks

I measured them mounted up off the truck and they measure exactly 37" by 12.5"

I like the look of those tires and they measure true, can't wait to hear how they perform on & off-road, please keep us informed.

The Pitbull tires have an outstanding reputation up here in the NW with the more serious wheelers. Their radials are supposed to be pretty good on the street too while retaining the bias' offroad abilities, but only net about 25k miles.

Sorry for the high jack but I am really interested in your thoughts of these tires on the road. I am looking at the toyos, Iroks and the Rocker in a 37" tire.

The offroad performance is supposed to be great.
