Wow, I never knew the 5.3 was offered in the Trailblazer. I supposed I shouldn't be too shocked due to the SS package available.

I like the set up so far, especially the light bar. I usually find them to be tacky, but with the roof rack and placement is looks clean.

Very cool rig! I, like many others, had no idea a v8 was offered in any of the Trailblazers other then the SS. Good to know! I've always loved the size of these rigs, they're comfortable and I'm excited to see where you go with it!

Yes it's the factory v8. Came in the EXT package. The transfer case has 2wd, AWD, 4 Hi and 4 low settings.

What kind of rear axle/diff do you have in it? Do you know what kind of front differential and transfer case thats in your Trailblazer?

I've added a swing out tire carrier and some Maxtracs, a 5 gallon water can and a storage box on the roof rack. Also updated my electronics pic.

In the past two months I've replaced the front coil struts, wheel bearings, upper ball joints and rear shocks. Also both lower a arms. I jumped up to a set of 275 Grabber ATs.

So a quick update. We have put about 300 miles on the Trailblazer off road in the past month. The new suspension rides awesome. Here's some pics. Also a few camping pics.
