Installed the connection in the grill, as the factory winch option wasn't going to work with this application.

everything is starting to come together, but again I am out of town all week and next weekend is more home shopping. Not sure when I'll get more time to work on her. Still waiting for the lift as well.

Got the winch plate painted and everything with a fitting greased.

Looks good. I would ditch the roller and get a hawse, it won't last more than a wheeling trip or a winter or two being that low.

you need to work out a better place for that fire extinguisher, when that thing bounces around and breaks the plastic top off you are going to be really bumming.

I actually moved it to the map pocket on the back of the drivers seat the same day, I plan on mounting it w/some quick fists on the rear door panel.

Great looking Disco BTW.
What sort of awning is that?

Haha, yeah it's the only way for me to use my ipod, thanks for the compliments, the awning is from camping lab www.campinglab.com it's the 70 if I remember right. It works wicked pissah! In the rain or sun.
