Snapped all but two bolts getting everything out, actually went really smooth! Much easier snapping bolts than taking them all the way out.:wings:

With the 2" risers it doesn't look like a lot of lift. Are you on factory springs and shocks? Did they feel/look shot when you installed the spacers?

The springs seem fine, the shocks need replacement, it would have been a good time to swap them out, but cash it tight for now. I'll swap them out in the spring, I don't get alot of time to even drive the rover so not that big of a deal right now.

Yes they are. BFG mud terrains. Sits and drives just like I wanted.

Get her flexed out a bit, slowly. Looks like you will have some rubbing with those tires and the sagging stock suspension.

Winch will exacerbate the need for upgraded suspension.

Actually if you could snap a pic of the bolt I am supposed to adjust for the steering so it does not rub when turning would be incredibly helpful.

Good looking Disco! My '96 has been great and has a very similar setup. You'll definitely enjoy some stiffer springs and shocks later on, but I'm sure the 2in setup will serve you well. Can't wait to see some trips!

Thanks I am looking to try the Bayley-Hazen Military, road in VT for the fall or spring, it depends how smooth our house build goes and my wife's pregnancy. So far so good on both aspects, but that can change. Might just hold off until 2011.
