My 1997 Ford Clubwagon extended

I have a 1997 Clubwagon with 120k miles. XLT trim with a V10. It's in pretty good shape. What is an honest, not pie in the sky value? It's not for sale right now but I am trying to weigh my options as to what vehicles to keep.

Most vans of that vintage are going for $3500 to $5000 in my area of the woods depending on amenities and miles. Clean retail is around $5700. I would start at $5000, if it is in good shape, and negotiate down from there, or price it to sell at $4000.
