I say hello to the upcoming year, plan some resolutions and goals and start marking up the calendar for whats sure to be a busy 2011. Its hard not to ponder back on the year we just closed, all the great trips, the people met along the way and the opportunities presented. A big thanks to all those that helped make it such a great 2010, my friends and family, my fantastic customers and most of all my wife who hasn't changed the locks yet. She's a 100% sport to come out on many of these adventures with me despite wanting to relax on a beach somewhere. Soon my love. Hey Cruiser, would it be okay, safe, legal, etc to potentially come on some trips with you guys. I drive a Cherokee but have always loved the Toyota side too. I see a ton of awesome spots in the American Fork Canyon and have never been- its only my second year, going on third here in Utah and would love to follow a bit with you guys.

Reports look amazing btw!

You bet, quite a few of these trips were open invite, many of which were planned on ExpeditionUtah.com and advertised here on ExPo too. Keep an eye out as we'll be announcing 2011 runs as they get planned.

Here is some of the great trips I did in 2010. Meeting new people, exploring new trails/areas, and seeing more of this fine state of Utah than I ever have.

My picture taking didn't really start until the Spring San Rafael Swell trip that Jan and Kurt put together.

Saw some unexpected things....road construction in Eagle Canyon....

...a caravan of Mopar test/research vehicles on I70.

The campfire discussion that covered 85% of the Worlds topics....from Google taking over, to invading Canada, to religion.

Then a late summer-early fall trip into Grand Staircase Escalante NM.....

Overnighter for National Public Lands Day with the Wasatch Cruisers...

Annual Columbus Day weekend in Moab....some shots from Steelbender and some from an Onion Creek-Polar Mesa-LaSal Loop run.

All said and done and looking back at 2010 I was pleased with what I did. There were many fishing trips to local waters throughout the year, along with trips to the mountains that we are lucky enough to live next to. 2011 should be just as good, if not better than 2010, and hopefully I can put some more faces to names on more runs with you guys.
