Holy cow, damn nice welding. Out of curiosity, what color is the paint on your burb? doesn't look quite flat black, like more of a hotrod black maybe?

The Paint is "Aspen green metallic" from Ford with a flat Coat . It looks better than flat black .

The painted Front Bumper ...

Last Week i had a Crash with the new Bumper , but there are no Dents or Scratches ! :victory:

How to use the Barn Doors ? On the right Door i have a Table and on the left Door some Tools .

Some News ... The old Carpet in the rear is gone . Now i have a wooden Floor . Left and right are Boxes . On the right Side for Table , Sunshade and some Stuff . On the left Side now i have a Water Tank with 35 Liters . After the first Trip i found out that it was a good Idea .
The next Step was more Light . On the Roofrack now i have 4 Hella FF75 , great Stuff !
In the rear now i have a Fusebox for the Lights and for the Engel Refrigerator .

Nice truck, I've always wanted a Suburban. There is a guy in my area that has a late 70's Burban with a Westfallia bubble top on it, it fits pretty good and makes it look like a full size van. That or a pop top would give you tons of room.

If you are ever able to snap a pic of that Burban with the Westfalia top, I would really appreciate it. I've had lots of fantasies about a pop-top on my Burban.

Thank you ! A Pop Top would be great ! Do you have any Pics of that Burban with that Westfalia Roof ? Sounds interesting ! There is not much Space under the original Roof . The last Years we slept in the Car , but now i wish i had more Space . For a 7-Days-Trip it looks this Way :
