Passenger drop front and rear... thus eliminating D300's or Atlas's from the build potential.

I would also like to try and stay "Toyota" with this, thus my reasoning for staying away from the NV4500 and cheby.

So would a SBC/NV4500/Toybox/Orion be a viable combination?

Sure, overkill gearing wise, but a doable. It will be long, so driveline issues in an FJ40 will be likely.

I agree. That's why I'm putting a 4.7:1 Toybox between my H55f and splitcase today.:hehe:
