Todd, have you considered making the roll-up sides and roll-up rear functional for shade, maybe in the fashion that the tent uses little poles that prop open a canopy in addition to rolling up... kind of dual purpose for those sides if you catch my drift.

Should be easy by simply pressing a grommet in each corner to catch the poles...

Yea I had that thought too but I dont think they come out far enough.

Yes, that is a chuck box in the back of the trailer. My father and I built it in the mid-1960s (when I was 15), and any plans that existed then have long since disappeared.

There are a number of chuck box plans available on the Internet. Try googling "patrol box plans, "chuck box plans," and "camp kitchen plans" and you should find most of them.

Well took her to Roundup on her maiden voyage and she did great no trails because I still need to put bump stops and one more leaf in the springs. She is sure going to make things much more comfortable on our outings!
