Inspiring and impressive on Elephant Hill. I've been on that trail in the Jeep, but not White Rim. I really like the views on the west spur north of Needles, Canyonland rim trails. I'm assuming you've been on that trail and can you dry camp up there? I've been to Moab three times and curious about dispersed camping as it seemed more restrictive than what it'd be in Colorado.
