My new E350 with ITB box

Picked this up the other day.

Has a 12ft ITB box on it.

Anyone have a guess at what the cab over might be rated for weight wise?

I am guessing the walls are built with a similar channel as the ceiling. I have messaged ITB for some specs. But I just got this thing.

Can you fill the cavity behind the wood with spray foam, or do you need to take it all apart?

Excited to get started!

No idea but depending on what you're doing with that van you might have a small departure angle problem.

Yes. Often ITB sprays foam inside.

Do a water test for leaks then strap the inside with wood and spray the foam to the surface of the stapping. Finish it off with a liquid vapor barrier.

This is the happy wife mobile. Camp grounds, RV Parks ect. Maybe the occasional Forest service road.

Just going to get a pickup with an old man's canopy (as I have recently learned) for doing stupid things I shouldn't.

I guess I was wondering if I drill holes, can I fill behind the current panels in place or is that a no no.

Question...

Are these what they call self tapping screws? The frame is I think 2x2 steel.

Never used these before, so I am curious if you take the wood panels off, will they go back up in place? When you take them out will they go back in or will I need new screws in a different location?

Thanks
JM
