My first attempt to sail it was aborted. Took it to a local reservoir but the impeller on the outboard was shot. Reservoir was very busy with lots of powerboats and I was uncomfortable depending solely on sail in those circumstances. No oarlocks on it yet so that wasn't an option.

Sailed it yesterday for the first time. Great.

Great choice. I sail many kinds of boats and race weekly , but there is just something about those pears that make me want one.
