test fit the locknloads and mounted the risk racing fuel can. Also pretty stoked on these little scene lights from risk racing.

Slick looking build so far! The nothing like that stained oak, and satin black combination. (y) I'm going to have to look up that light you have on the left. That one has me interested.

This definitely an interesting build and the craftsmanship looks superb, but I've got to ask... Why do you have the red side marker lights in the front and amber ones in the rear. That should be reversed, with the red in the rear and the amber in the front.

red are off, . i only had them mounted as i had holes in the frame for it and i needed to order 2 more amber and i didn’t want the open holes in the frame exposed as temps drop here at night and we get a tremendous amount of condensation in “winter” in long beach

OK, but why not just put the red ones in the rear where they belong, and move those amber ones to the front? No biggie, but I'm just curious.

Just FYI... TRAILERS: FEDERAL LIGHTING EQUIPMENT LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
I already have tail / running / turn and reverse at the rear and thought it would suffice, but now that you send that link i'll just wire the reds where the rear ambers are just to be safe. thanks for the link.

I opted not to run the far forward ambers at all now and plugged the hole and ran bolts into the nutserts because once the tongue portion of the frame got welded it in interferes with the wiring passing through as well as the toolbox overhang blocks the light.

The way people drive now days, you can never have too much when it comes to warning lights. Don't forget the required reflectors also. If your LED lights have the reflector part built into the lens, you can skip the separate reflectors. Best to check the SAE Lens Coding on the lights against the ones on that chart to see if they are approved.

The lights have reflectors built in, I was gonna go to the DMV with stick on side markers as a worst case scenario and slap them on if needed. As for the lights being SAE, who knows and im going to assume the dummys at the DMV won't either (fingers crossed)
