My van has a flip down "monitor". How can I tune in TV channels in my van?

The monitor may have RCA inputs that you can connect to a tuner. Some head-units may have TV tuning capability.

I've seen very few builds with TVs. You may have better luck on a different portal.

Thanks. It does have RCA inputs and DVD capability but no local TV. I do not know what is needed to tune in TV.

I think you need a digital tuner and antenna.

When they made the conversion from analog to digital tv years ago you needed to buy an adaptor for the older tvs that would work. $25 @ Wallmart. Search Digital TV converter They have RF and line outputs.
