Don't be afraid to keep it and take the baby on some overnights. It's not all that difficult. Just different. My 1 year old has done 3 nights so far and more to come this desert season.

Haha trust me I have mulled this over non-stop! I still am really contemplating it, but needed to post it to see if interest is there. I can always get a new project going down the road too so as sad as it would be to see it go, it wouldn't be the last

Update: Willing to remove the Tent/SmartCap/Awning/Fridge/Drawers if requested and lower the price. Won't remove rear bumper, suspension, sliders, wheels/tires and Switch Pros.
