NATO Style Steel Wheels

Do they fit without any play? If they truly are 108mm hub centers then I could definitely build a set out of the spare 16" like you're saying. Here is the list i've been referencing for Toyota, most are 106mm:

They seem awfully snug to me, but I think it would be difficult to notice 1 mm of play on either side. I tried to measure the bore in my 16" spare wheel, but I couldn't fit my calipers in there. They spread too far and hit the edge of the rim.

Looking for that thing i just had in my hand...
Those GM wheels need a bit of machining done to make them fit if i remember correctly.

Check these out VVVVVVV from trailworthyfab

You can get these in what ever offset and lug pattern you want plus they are true beadlock, $145 each only bad thing is these are the real deal so 16.5x9. So not sure if you are looking for a fully functional heavy duty NATO wheel or just an expensive look alike for the daily commute. They are awesome wheels though, one of our guys here has them on his montero and he bought the upgrade rock rings and they are seriously tough. The size makes for cheap 37's if you're into that sort of thing otherwise 31's are on the pricey side.

Here's a standard one in the montero 6 on 6.5 wheel pattern

Thanks for trying to check on that DB. Maybe I'll see if there are any for sale on CL and throw them on a hub in person just to be sure. I also found that the chevy colorado/canyon has a 108mm wheel that fits in 15in form... i cant decide if i like the look or not, but its close. Nice thing about 15" is i could keep similar gearing ratios to what i have now, but 16" with the right tire would be fine also.

Those Colorado/Canyon wheels look like they'd do the trick, especially painted to match your truck.

No need to buy a Tacoma spare wheel to try on your truck. Do you know someone with a 2nd Gen Tacoma? If so, just invite them over for a couple of beers while you try to fit their spare tire on your truck. It'll only take a few minutes, and won't cost more than a six pack!

Mitsu OEM wheels are narrow 6" wide only. Offset is pretty big too at +33 mm. I wouldn't advise those for tall and/or wide tires. I kinda lost track but there are plenty of aftermarket wheels that would work. Why can't you just get those?

I'll admit I'm new to all this, but I wonder why it wouldn't be a simple matter of using a wheel spacer that also acts as a bolt pattern adaptor. I've seen these conversion spacers used in a variety of different applications...why not the OEM Montero to, say, a generic Toyota for which there are a wide array of aftermarket steelies?

I'd be a little worried it may be weaker than the OE hub but other than that, it may in fact work ok. I know I use them on the front of my Audi.

Land cruiser wont fit either. I've tried since I've had one handy. Just for sake of trying. First Gen Sequioa had same rims as Tundra as far as I know. As well as according to your link Ray. Current Sequioa has large bore but obviously won't work because it's 5 bolt.

Sorry to bump an old thread, but I saw this picture... wondering if maybe he machined a set of land cruiser wheels to fit? These look like 80 series cruiser OEM wheels.

Also, I found these listed for a Sequoia. I wonder what the center bore is...

This site lists 01 and up Sequoia as 108mm center bore.

Sort of difficult to tell from small photo, but the center bore looks much smaller than 108mm.
