on my 97 TJ I ran BF Goodrich Mud Terrain and they were quite noisy. Replace them with Goodyear MTR. Much quieter when new, but now as they wear, they seem to be getting loader, but still not as loud as the BFG's. The MTR's grip like crazy in all conditions. So much better traction in snow, mud and rocks and the BFG's. Much better feel on the wet roads too. The BF Goodrich MT's were down right scary on wet roads. On my Tundra I have Cooper AT/3's and love them. These are also great on wet roads. No real experience wheeling the Tundra except some dirt roads. Excellent riding tire.
