Does anybody have any close up pics of a M416 with a SOA. Pics of the shock plates and axles. Any close up pic should work..
Thanks

Yes it does. Thank you. I guess you just rotate the axle for the spring perches to be the same.

Yes, I flipped left to right, rotated it so perchs were on the top & unbolted the backing plates to switch them left to right.
In a few pictures you see a black block on the frame with the emg brake cable connected to it. That was done to keep the cable in line and still be able to use the hand brake.

Did you mount shocks back on it or just the leafs? DO you have any pics of when the shocks are mounted. Thanks for your help!

I used the factory mount on top at the frame & welded a bolt on the axle for the bottom eye.
I just used a shock I had laying around from a FJ60 OME. I'm sure its not the right size but with out a shock the trailer didn't feel good being towed.

Would the shocks not mount to the original plate?
There wasn't much room between the two mounting points, frame & u bolt plate.
I went with the axle mount because I had a longer shock already, I think the shorter shock would limit the flex.
