Yes please send me them! Back in the day I would tear a truck up to get down a tight trail, espically if it leads to a lake. Nowadays I’m allot more cautious, but I would love to check out what I can.

Was running through my wish list for extras on the truck and this gear adds up! I think I better sell the house and move into the truck, lol.

I am sad to say that @icedragonmx will not be receiving a Vagabond Drifter. His family informed me of his passing. I don't have any information other than that.

We spoke a few times and exchanged many e-mails. I make a connection with every customer and am truly saddened by his passing. From his postings, you can tell how excited he was to put the camper on the new truck and I completely understood his enthusiasm. His camper was in the next batch scheduled for a November completion.

Happy trails Michael.

Great thread, great pics, great truck. I FINALLY got to test drive a ZR2 Diesel today. I liked it a lot. Bringing it home on Monday for a few days, to see how it pulls our camper. I suspect some rear suspension help may be in order for that. 20' high ground clearance 3500 lb camper. Hoping my old helper springs from our 2000 Dakota will work on it.

We currently have a (ordered & bought new) 2008 Dodge Power Wagon with the G56 6-speed manual shift. It is an off-road & towing beast, with a 78:1 crawl ratio, but 8-10 mpg is it. Empty or towing is the same. ZR2 diesel is within 6 lb ft of my Hemi (369 vs 375) so it should tow it well. Hoping for 15 mpg or better while towing. Looking to pull the camper farther away now that we are both retired. We camped next to a guy that was pulling a VERY large camper with a diesel regular colorado (same gear ratios as the ZR2-I think) & he said he was getting 15 mpg towing that camper @ 65 mph !!! Said his best tank was 34 mpg !!!

Sad indeed. I never spoke with him but as an Xterra owner I was following his old thread and then started following this thread after he got the Colorado.

RIP Icedragonmx....I also started following him on his Xterra build...and switch to his new build.

Any indication as to what happened?
