New 2022 AWD ford transit 350 box van

I bought this vehicle for my dream build out. It is spec'd with all the nice cab and drivability features. Audio upgrade, adaptive cruise, etc. Engine is the 3.5 NA with 10 speed transmission.
Vehicle has a 12' Rockport cargoport box, selected for the high quality FRP wall construction, with dual full width rear doors, aluminum roof, pass through to cab. factory swivel seats. The overall vehicle is near identical profile to the extended LWB transit cargo van but offers dramatically more interior space due to the vertical walls. This also has the 156" wheelbase which has favorable departure angle compared to the cargo van(I also one one of those).

This was planned for a high quality full time adventure mobile but my life has changed since I ordered this early covid times.
I have CAD design plans completed for a highly functional modular design and the framing process is well underway when I had to move pause the build.

Chassis is still in new condition with only the delivery miles on it and the trip to the store to pick up insulation.
Vehicle can be sold without already purchased build materials for 63K or with insulation, flooring, framing, hardware, etc for 65K. The vehicle would cost more than this to order as spec'd today.

Is this still available? Im just beginning to consider selling my current vehicle and starting to see what's available. I would need to bolt a third seat but assuming I can access the frame through the box the same as I would in a normal cargo van?

@jaho , Yes the van is still available. The box floor is 1-1/8" marine plywood with undercoating so it is very robust. the floor is supported by steel full width crossmembers which is what I would recommend that for attaching a seatbelt mount.

So is the wheelbase on the cutaway frame longer than the wheelbase on the standard cargo van? Very cool blank canvas for somebody... Having spent the past ~year building out a standard transit cargo van for a client... Those square/straight walls will save you a tremendous amount of time and headaches.

Wheelbase is 156” compared to the 138” of the extended cargo van. It’s the same overall vehicle length just with less overhang behind the rear axle. I went with the longer wheelbase because I regularly drag hitch on the extended long wheelbase transit that I drive daily.
I lived in a built out box van for 3 years and now a extended high roof transit cargo van for the past 2 years. Without a doubt the box shape is the way to go for build simplicity and also living functionality. I ordered this van while still living in the box van and wanting to use this chassis as my dream build but I need to allocate my time to other adventures these days.

Interesting vehicle. Can you tell me where you are located, and what the interior height is (to lowest point). Also, I assume this is SRW? thank you.

@adam88 the Vehicle is stored in Ann Arbor Michigan.
Interior height is 80” at the door and a few more than that on the inside area. My final design with insulation in floor and ceiling left a full width standing height of 6’4”
Yes the van is AWD SRW.
