New Battery suggestions

my 2017 Flyer came with that panel, I upgraded it to the Lithium version for free due to a broken solder joint on a fuse holder.. the lithium version is dumber, but holds more circuits and supports external cutoffs out of the box w/out cutting wires.. Ive since stopped using it and am now AC charging w/a Victron SmartSolar so I can fully customize the charge profile of my LFP.

I'd of loved to go GC2 on my Flyer, but mines the really big one and im already too high on tongue weight w/my tow vehicle.. losing pounds is never cheap or easy.

I'm using a 100Ah AGM deep cycle battery from Amazon that I paid $159....Been working fantastic. Just never discharge below 50% and it will last thousands of charge cycles.
Do you have a link to the spec sheet for that battery?

Staying above 50% is not a special tip, but standard advice for all deep cycling lead.

Regularly going much deeper is accelerated murder, maybe in under one season, well under 100 cycles.

"Thousands" is a gross exaggeration, even with the top notch pricey AGM that will last triple or five times the cycles of units sold in normal retail channels

1200-1500 cycles* would be very very good going, exceptional. Even 800 actual 50% cycles is more than most even "true deep cycling" batteries get, forget about lesser ones.

*IRL - as opposed to a vendor test bench to creat the graph for a data sheet, those are super optimistic.
