New custom bumper

Thought I would share pics of my new bumper. I had this fabbed by my good friend Steve, taking some ideas from some of the other custom bumpers out there and a little free license from Steve. One requirement was I wanted as much approach angle as possible and tuck the winch as far back as possible. I only lost a inch compared to the trimmed stock bumper. He moved the push bars closer to facilitate easier pushing capability, ie fallen trees, rigs large animals etc etc. the height of the light savers was a bit higher than we wanted but in the end I liked it, I am planning on some large rally lights for the center, I just threw in my hella 500's for now. The grids will house rigid LED floods fairly soon. And the limb lifter tabs tucked down for less exposure on the turn buckle. More pics as I add all the goodies.

Looks really good bud! Hey let me be the first to recommend LEDs. I love mine! I personally use OK LEDs. His website is okledlightbars.com. Chris is an awesome guy to work and stands behind his product. His are a quarter the price of rigid and the same brightness if not brighter.

Thanks! I will look into them. I am entertaining a LED bar instead of the rallye lights. I have also given some thought into having him lower the upper cross bar.

I have a 20 inch light bar I got from Chris in my SD rack. That thing is incredibly stupid bright! I mean 9600 lumens bright! And it was cheaper than a set of d2s from rigid. I've done tons of research on different lighting options so if you have any questions bud please don't hesitate to ask.

Yeah we just bought his last two sorry lol. He's expecting more in next week. I ordered mine last Tuesday and got it on Friday. My work partner and I are going rappelling and caving later this week so we are really going to test the lights. I'll post up pics if your interested.

Good looking bumper aside from the very tall brush guard. Lower that down and it'll look great

I like it, but I do agree that the brush guard is out of proportion. Lower it down and it will look even better.
