I think the adv trailer is a great idea, along with the other planned mods. The only item I would question is 235/85 tires. They didn't work too well for me in my DC Tacoma. The tread width was too skinny for on-road driving (slip and slide around the turns, and I don't drive fast), and off-camber stuff was extra puckering. No MPG benefits, either.

For a big truck like a Tundra, I would at least go 265/75's, or 285's. Plus, they just look better on that truck. Check out this thread:

We have a Four Wheel Camper Eagle for our 2002 Tundra AC. You could go with that or a Fleet or Hawk model. Check out Wanderthewest.com . Lots of good info there. They can be found used for a fair price as well. Wouldn't work well with the tool box though.

Thanks for the info on the 235's, I'll probably just end up with 265/75's as I don't want to get into power loss and needing to re-gear. I love the way the engine responds right now and don't want to loose that.

Thanks for the link, I'll check it out. I do think a FWC would be nice, I just don't think it fits in with our lifestyle.
