Hey all!!! I'm not a new member, just have a different vehicle now. Those of you who I've met on here, know me from having a '99 Trooper. But I sold that puppy when I bought my wife a Nissan Murano.

Well, just last night I welcomed a new vehicle into my family. I bought a sweet 2000 XJ. It has 97k miles, brand new Cooper Discoverys, all the drivetrain seals have been re-sealed, and the entire body and interior is in excellent shape. It has never been off-road and was owned by an older couple.

So, now I'm back with a new ride.

Here she is!!!

Congrats on the new Cherokee!!! Looks very clean. :26_7_2:

Lot of things you can do to it, great aftermarket support and will suprise most people on where you can take one, even stock.

Welcome to the ExPo! I love the brand new look of those cherokees.. I wanna try and get my hands on a 2001 4x4 cherokee as new as possible with as little miles as possible to keep on standby for my next build.. Woo hoo! :victory:

Love that color. Congrats on the new purchase. XJ's have unlimited potential - :REExeSquatsHL1:

Nice looking XJ. Someone added the Canyon wheels for you already...sweet.

Canyon wheels?

I just ordered and paid for my Rubicon Express 4.5" Super Flex kit with RE gas shocks today. I'm so freakin excited. The kit should be here within 3 to 4 days.

the rims on your XJ are Canyon rims. Stock Jeep ....They could be either from a TJ or ZJ depending on the spoke width.

Yup. That's the name of that wheel style from the factory. It was first available on Grand Cherokee ZJ (in 96?) in a 15x7. Then they became available on the Jeep Wrangler TJ (in 99?) in a 15x8 version. Just by eye-balling, it looks like you have the ZJ wheels, which have slightly thinner spokes and are a little more star-like imo.

Nice lookin' wheels! ;)

Where on the wheel can I look to see if they are 7" or 8". If they are 8" I won't have to get different rims for my new 32/11.50s coming.

It is either on the back side of the rim or stamped on the inside(where the tire is covering)
I have a second set at home , so if a better answer doesn't come up, I'll look when I get home.
