New Kenwood TM-D710G Doesn't Transmit Location

I saw my messages but when I try and find myself on the map it says, "Current position of me is not known." and shows a map of Helsinki. If I just enter my call sign with out -9 it list two instances, -7 and -9. If I click on the -9 it says, "Current position of me is not known." and shows a map of Helsinki.

If I search raw packets it just shows my messages. Status packets comes up empty.

Thanks for closing the loop. Might be useful for a future search to know the problem and solution.

I think it was mostly the squelch. I watched lots of videos and read numerous threads about APRS on the Kenwood and I can only think of one that mentioned turning up the squelch and I didn't notice that post until after it was mentioned here.
