BajaRack makes both a high and low version. The high version is designed top work with sunroofs.

Just to add to this, I had the low profile originally on my truck and ended up switching to a high profile rack. I found that with the low profile my large "man hands" had trouble getting under the low profile version for cleaning and mounting of accessories. Plus I missed my sunroofs once summer finally rolled around.
