Howdy,

Been lurking here for a number of months...about time to introduce myself. I have two suburbans, a 94' 3/4 4x4 454 4l80e barn doors that I've had two years now, and I just picked up an 88' 3/4 4x4 350 TH400 barn doors a week ago Friday for $900. I have lots of ideas of what I'd like to modify on them over time, but let's see what time and money make of that! Got the running boards off of the 88' today and am looking at some used 255/85/16s on Monday to put on it. The 88' is destined to be wrenched on, body worked, painted, broke fixtures etc. replaced/fixed. I'd love to put a gen 1 cummins and a nv4500 into it someday. The 94' is fine for now as she is even with the space ship looking running boards. Have 5 kids at times to haul with one that needs the help of a step into the cab. Perhaps some bilsteins on the 94 soon but that is about it for now. It's done a few 1200+ mile trips over the last couple of years. Photos of the rigs attached....

Thanks,

Michael

Thanks for the welcome. Here's a photo of the 88' yesterday up at Garden Valley, ID. You can see I got the running boards off. Came back from there with a set of used 255/85/16's on aluminum wheels that I can't wait to get on the old blue burb.

I really like the look:Wow1: of your `Burb´! Glad to see that it has a chance to get out and play in the snow....:)
