I have a new set of Michelin XZL tires (7.50x16) mounted on Land Rover Wolf wheels....for sale $1500 plus shipping.

Size conversion..

Would you mind converting the 7.50-16 to a US size? My chart doesn't read these. Maybe just slap a tape measure on it and give the height in inches?

US size ? That is an SAE size. 235.85.16 for example is a metric size.
I think a 7.50 16 is about a 31 inch tire but that varies by manufacturer.

I will measure tonight....I think it is approx. a 31.5" tall and 8 wide....

Can anybody confirm?

If I'm not mistaken, these wheels will fit a Series IIa if the longer wheel studs are installed. Can anyone back me up on this?

I had these XZL's on my series 3 landy. Loved them. Best tires I ever cruised around East and Southern Africa with. Lots of offroad in less then ideal conditions and never a puncture.
