Beware the 1101 trailers as surplus!
A few hit the market about 10-12 years ago and a few proud owners paid around $5000 for them. Problem was, at the time they were the subject of a safety stand down. All trailers in the field were prohibited from being used (as in chained to a pole) due to cracking and failures in the frame/tongue area. Eventually they developed a repair that reinforced this area and all trailers should have this fix.
Thats about when I lost track of the situation. I dont have the fix details but somehow before purchasing you might want to research whether the trailer has had the fix.
