Hi,
Long time browser but recently joined (today).
Thought i would show my new project and hopefully hear members thoughts on the vehicle choice and if it is worth going ahead with.
I have been following the progress of other conversions on here and i am really impressed.
I personally like the exterior look and has more than enough room inside for a good setup.

I was in paramedic business for 30 years and we used a lot of these in the 80s on. Is your gas or turbo diesel? We were at altitude so the turbo was a benefit. We had pretty good luck with these mechanically but they are not much for off road unless it's good gravel. Not much clearance unless you can raise it. I know plumbers and electricians have converted these so you might look around and see what issues they had.

Its the 2006, 5.4 Gas, im hoping to lift and try and get all the wheels helping for some light desert use.
Ive been searching quite a bit and and the cab seems to be reliable, its just the electronic auto box im a bit worried about.

I really kill the Demer's wide body. I have been looking out for one for a while, but not to common on the west side of the country. The wide body looks very much like the Roadtrek 200 model. Very cool find, and look forward to seeing what happens here.

The body is the main thing that attracted me to it, sleek looking, its a shame of the distance as i have 4 of them available, still with all the equipment in the rear. i chose the pink one (others are ambulance decals) as it has had 90% of the equipment taken out that i will not need.

I love it! Can't wait to see what you make of it! Can we see some pics of the interior?
