New T100

Thought I would post up some pics, I found this Gem a couple months ago. I think it took me around 10 months to find. It was a single owner ,50K original miles, Pristine paint, everything in amazing order. She needed alittle TLC, new shocks, new belts, water and fuel pump. The basics. All the things I could do in my garage.
Right now she is bone stock. Things might change.

Fantastic find! Had a T100 for over 8 years...great trucks. I'm impressed by your patience in waiting so long to find the right one!

I left mine basically bone stock, with just a slightly larger 31x10.5x15 KO2 tire. It was extremely capable with that setup, so you may not need to do much of anything depending on your needs. I'm sure you're aware there is very little aftermarket support for them. But again IMO they need little more than good tires to be fantastic offroad. The ground clearance they have stock is pretty astounding compared to modern standards.

Sweet T100! Welcome to the club!
Finding such a pristine rig with so few miles is pretty extraordinary. I'm really looking forward to seeing what you do with it.
These are really capable trucks, and basically anything you do to a third-gen truck can be done to one of these things.

FYI T100's have many vehicle specific parts that make getting said take longer as they r not commonly stocked and repairs more costly. The tail gates is a favorite for thieves as they only fit T100's and take a couple of mins to steal and costly to replace... The availability of aftermarket upgrades is severely limited because of this as well.

I have noticed this already. It makes me second this decision. The good news is I it got for a good price, so I could make some extra cash if I want out. All that aside, They are really neat little trucks. It would be fun to take some trips in it.

She's a beauty.

It's kind of a mix-match of parts being a transitional vehicle but don't worry too much about it. Other than the T100 cosmetic stuff most of the mechanical stuff is from the regular Toyota parts bins. It's got a lot of the same IFS parts as the 86-95 Pickup & 4Runner, engine and transmission like a Tacoma and Tundra, etc. You can use many of the same mods as anything but it might take a little chin scratching to get there.

But if you feel really strong about it I'll buy it, no question. :)

Very nice. I would just fix what needs fixing and leave it stock. ...ok well maybe modify one thing, swap in a 5 speed manual... :D

That would be the one thing about yours that I would prefer be different, too. Not opposed to an A340 at all but a stick shift, yeah. most definitely.

The 5-speed T100 life is pretty awesome. Not gonna lie.

I keep on telling myself I could live without a manual trans, but I dunno...my truck was in and out of the shop for the past 3 weeks. So I have been driving my auto Trooper, even that short amount of time...don't realize how much I like driving a manual until I jump back in my truck. It is like an old pair of favorite Levis.

OP: I was leaving work to grab some lunch today and saw this, same color scheme and all...probably can't tell from the crappy cell phone pic. About the best I could do without looking like a stocker. :p It was a little worse for wear...(kinda like my old beater, that refuses to die)

Isn't it weird seeing a nearly identical rig to yours on the road? I thought that I'd had the whole white T100/green camper shell thing locked down, but I saw one on my way up to Tahoe a few months back.

I'll probably start seeing T100's everywhere now. ;):D

My neighbor around the corner has a truck almost identical to my '99 Taco... (just a little newer, '01-'04)..and there is a Jade Green Mica DCSB running around with a brush guard. Think he does landscaping or something...always has a trailer on the back with yard clippings. The garbage truck drivers must confuse me with him, because they always wave at me when I am making a dump run.
