New to me 1998 E350 Club Wagon

All the poorly done build out is gone. As soon as I can find a local place that can do Weldtec or Camburg kit it will go in for that. Won’t be using it much until then. The tires that are on it are really bad and I can’t put the new tires on until the lift is done.
Looks like the demo was relatively straight forward/easy. Sorry if I missed it, but what's the future layout?

Yeah. They suggest taking it to a welding shop and having someone weld it if you dont have a welder.

The person who did the cabinets before did a very horrible job so they came out and went in the trash quickly. I’ll insulate it, do some lighting, figure some sort of gold down bed and then install some tie downs for dirt bikes. The van’s life will be spent hauling dirt bikes to trails and some long road trips with the wife. We’ve gone to Moab twice. Headed there again next year I’m sure. I’ll need enough comfort to make the wife happy. It will be as simple as possible though.

Ha yeah that looked like mine when I got it. Short trip to the dump with a impact driver and a hammer gutted it there... lol
