Found this one on Steel Soldiers, It is a support trailer for the builders Scorpion rig.
Looks like the same design.

I think that the rig was built by Chris and Sonny In Fayetteville Arkansas,Mason Dixon and Four Play off rd shop.
I should remember the trailer, but that was 30yr's ago.
