I bet it's not. Fiat-Chrysler knows that there is a serious demand for a Jeep pickup for a while now and I don't they would want to do a full-blown hoax to the Jeep community. Plus, unlike the 2005 Gladiator Concept, they have made it a much more public statement with interest to start production, mentioning potential production numbers as well as a time for production to start.
