Newbie old guy

After browsing all of the off-road forums, this is by far the best that I have found. My name is Marcus, I'm 57 years old, live east of Phoenix, and have been off-roading since high school. My current vehicle is a '97 Taco. I spent the last 6 years pouring money into my plastic-fantastic '93 Corvette. I finally woke up and realized that I hardly ever drive it! So I turned my attention to my Tacoma. Larger wheels and tire, ARB bumper, a free Warn M5000 winch, lights, and other little crap. One question. Can I post photos here directly from my computer, or do I have to use something like Photobucket? My work computer won't let me access sites like that, and my home computer is an antique dial-up POS. I'll try now to post something from Photbucket. It may take 2 hours.

A Corvette is fun, but only if you are on a twisty road or going over 100 mph. I am seriously considering getting rid of it for an FJ Cruiser. Here is the money pit POS.

Welcome to ExPo! I say keep the Vette unless it keeps you from enjoying the dirt. Others might say reverse that, but what do they know.

Welcome to ExPO!

Keep the Vette! That way you can have the best of both worlds.
My other ride is a 2000 Z3 and my wife has a 2001 330i. :smiley_drive:

Oh yeah, nice Taco!
