Among notable changes, the lifetime powertrain warranty will be dropped in favor of a 5 year, 100,000 mile plan, the Commander model continues, and the 4.7L V8 will be replaced in Grand Cherokee and Commander models by the 5.7L Hemi. The Hemi engine has 375 lb.-ft of torque, up from the 4.7L's 322 lb.-ft.
Changes to the Wrangler will be minor, with some trim upgrades now standard and a couple of new colors added.
