FYI... I would investigate closely before bidding on this one...

It looks way too similar to one that was here in Calgary. It was a rebuild from a British Millitary 110 that was pretty beat up. That rebuild was really well done and this truck looks just like it.

Almost the same thing. Rover has used them for years and calls them the Salisbury. The diff is ALMOST identical to the Dana 44. The diff is the same, but the pinion shaft is slightly smaller and the bolts holding the ring gear to the carrier are slightly smaller than the US Dana 44. Also, the Salisbury has a drain plug which reduces clearence a hair.

I personally Know this truck, and it is not the one from Calgary. Also, the salisbury rear end is made by spicer/dana and is the same as the dana 60 not the 44. We just installed an ARB in a friends Dana 60, and the instructions also included the Salisbury!

This is a really nice truck that I have been trying to persuade the wife into letting me buy for some time now with little luck! Its hard to convince them that a guy needs two!
